ORDER PROCESSING
We strive to get orders out as soon as possible. Many go out the same day if ordered in the morning however our typical processing time ships within 1–3 business days depending on order volume. We are a very small team and personally handle the packing and shipments.
30 day returns or exchange accepted on defective items. Items must be in original packaging with original invoice. All other returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee may apply. No returns for electrical or electronic parts unless specifically authorized. Return shipping at buyer expense unless resulted from an error at terminaltractor.ca or its staff.
